Employment Policies of the Government: 1. To formulate the socio-economic development policies in order to create jobs; determine the job creation objectives in socio-economic strategies plans; allocate resources for implementing employment policies. 2. To encourage organizations, individuals to create jobs and become self-employed with the minimum wages and above contributing to the development of socio-economic aspects and the labour market. 3. To implement supporting policies on job creation; labour market development and unemployment insurance. 4. To organize the assessment, issuance of national skills certificate associated with the skills development for labourers. 5.
